I came to the work of psychotherapy as a second career after a background in the arts. For the past 25 years I have had the privilege of helping families and individuals struggling with emotional discomfort, anxiety, depression and trauma. My personal interests in creativity, spirituality, relationship and autonomy have been a comforting container to shelter distress and suffering and to turn it into healing and growth. I would be grateful and privileged to serve as a guide and companion on your path to emotional and spiritual well being. After all these years I continue to find my work energizing, stimulating and immensely rewarding. I look forward to your call.
